Project Motions Physical Resilience classes are great!

Our Fitness classes are great for any fitness level and age as each workout is adjustable to suit your individual needs. For people who want to gain fitness, develop strength or get ready for a grading this workout class is for you. In our high energy, explosive sessions, our Instructors will have elements of Cross Fit, plyometric and Kickboxing training. This class will focus on the whole body delivering a complete workout.

Our Instructors will take this class one step further teaching recovery training, flexibility and Mobility for improving life, health balance.
