How to get Started

At Project Motion our staff are dedicated to making everyone feel welcome and apart of the team straight from the get go. Making all forms of movement accessible, fun and dynamic as from the first Free introductory session.

In your first session

  1. Be ready to come in and have fun from our friendly staff and to receive a Hi- five from your parent for giving it your 110%
  2. In your first session, our Instructors aim to teach the components you are looking for with no previous training, fitness or ability required, as that what you are here to learn so you will get something out of your very first class!
  3. Wear comfy clothes, bring a drink bottle and remember to ask a lot of questions from our staff!

How to get Started

Step 1
Fill out our enquire form from our website or call us on 0413552721 to book in your first trial session or to find out more information.

Step 2
Come into the center where our friendly staff member will provide further information and take you to meet your Instructor who will run you through your session.

Step 3
After your session our Instructor will take you over to our administration team who will explain our timetable, membership options and how to get the most out of your training at Project Motion!
